Create and make time to do something nice for the future you! Fuelling and nourishing your body with healthy, whole foods that don’t take too long to make! I like to keep the recipes 30 minutes or under. Here are three recipes to create your next meals with!

Have you made any new discoveries about your body?
I love looking at my skin, looking at all the beauty marks; noticing all the little details about my physical body, exploring it with so much love, appreciation and curiosity.
What do you appreciate and love most about your body?
*Please keep in mind that all skin types are different.
This may not work for everyone, but this is what I use :)
1A. Are you happy? What about you, allows you to feel happy.
1B. Write yourself a love note or letter to yourself. Be romantic with yourself.
2. Choose a night or day this week to do a simple self-care routine to allow yourself to feel loved, and taken care of by you.
3. Make a playlist for yourself, of yourself, of your most favorite songs, that are significant to you in this time of your life.
4. One day or night this week prepare yourself your most favorite meal, or find a new recipe. Fuel yourself with goodness.
5. Choose any Butter video you love, play your favorite music that inspires you to move, light candles, and flow. Then set a 5 minute timer and just breathe with yourself.

The first time I heard about you was through an instagram story from a girl I follow. After a quick research of your program, the reviews, the energy you transmit in your profile felt right, and I decided to give it a try. It’s hard in this capitalism era to discriminate effectively between pages/services/products that only wants your subscription/purchase without offering something of value, and the ones that actually offers it. And finding your program has been one of the best things that ever happened to me in this virtual era.
I truly cannot recommend you enough among friends and family. I’ve been a member for over 2 years, and I’m still struggling with discipline, but even doing one video a week, makes it all worth it. Sometimes I’m extremely focused and I’m able to do the whole schedule, and I feel immensely empowered. My relationship with my mat is one of the most important things in my life, it’s always there for me, and now that relationship has improved thanks to you. I adore your love language, the sound of your voice, and that your program is so much more that just a workout, it’s a wellness retreat every time, one that I can come back at anytime, and that I’m eager to come back as soon as possible. I have a better relationship with my body, my mind and my soul. I feel this is the first time that I find a wise trainer, a movement guru, and I trust your method like nothing else, because my body tells me how good this is, how right it feels. It’s the best investment I’ve ever made, and I'm a proud member.
