The program is currently still unfolding seeing as I am still in my third trimester and inviting you to jump in wherever you are in your pregnancy journey and stay until the end. There will be curated workouts every step of the way... from the very beginning of pregnancy to after the baby comes:)

Authenticity. I’m sharing each workout as I live it. No BS. You will see the tired, nauseous and emotional days, but also the special ones too. My goal is for you to feel supported however you’re feeling, especially now through a time of incredible growth, challenge and transition. There is no pressure, just be present with yourself even when you don’t want to or feel like you can’t. You’re not alone. You got this.
