Get Results Quick with Consistency

There are five programs for you to focus on leading up to the new year, mix and match if you’d like!
All programs have journal prompts and recommended music playlists to lead you to create a stronger relationship with yourself on and off of the mat. Enjoy exploring your mind and body.

Spring is about new beginnings shedding the old and blossoming of the new. 
What have you recently let go of in your life to create space for the new?

I deeply believe that once we let go of what is not serving us, we create space more for ourselves. 
We let go of whatever was needed to be shed, only to a big piece of ourselves. 
Let go of stories that are not serving you and that are holding you back. 

Shine all your beautiful energy outwards, you are magic.

Benefits of Being Outdoors!

I deeply encourage you to create any small adventure for yourself outside! 
I love going outside for a 30 minute walk a day just to move my body, breathe deep, maybe call a friend, finding clarity and creativity within my day.
In the BBM weekly schedule I added 2-3 recommended days for a walk or run, these are the days for you to get outside your mind and eyes will thank you!

The mental health benefits are significant, here are just a few…

- Breathing in fresh air may help you feel more relaxed for mind, body and soul
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Improves creativity, motivation and happiness
- Increase energy levels/ boosts immune system
- Increase self-esteem

Spring Bucket List

I am still new to New York, so I love exploring, walking aimlessly around neighborhoods, stumbling upon new coffee shops and beautiful brownstone homes. 

This spring I have added some “small adventures” for myself.

- running Central Park once a week
- going up to the empire state building
- sitting/laying on the grass by the water
- taking the train traveling to Upstate New york for the weekend
- journal in the park while sipping coffee
- make new friends 
- going to The Met
- reading two books
- have our wedding!
- donate one full bag of clothes
- waking up earlier, 5:30/6 am wake ups watching the sun rise and head to work!

I LOVE BBM.  As someone who only did high impact training, and needed a rest, but didn't want to stop moving my body, BBM was the perfect platform. And I've never looked back. The difference in my body, both from a vanity perspective, and a strength perspective is truly remarkable. I feel stronger than I ever have. The workouts translate perfectly into hiking, biking, etc. Not only does my ass look great, I can cruise up a steep hill with ease. I am actually obsessed with the 14 minute summer arm series. IF I had to pick my fave booty workout, it would have to be the lift + sculpt - pause, point, drop, pause, point, drop. I always feel challenged, my body never feels stressed, and I finish every class feeling more in my body.
