This is a full personal BootyByMich inspiration page as a go-to for staying inspired when it comes to fresh ideas to connect with your mind, body, and environment; from my world to yours.

Hi Sweet Friends, how are you? Welcome to Spring.

I’m still full-time taking care of Laken (as I write this bouncing up and down hoping he stays asleep), and I’m so freaking proud of myself for beginning to film workouts again!!!

My body feels ready and it's been a new change and challenge to re-wire my brain while exercising (as everything mental+physical is so different from before). 

Recently, I’ve been rediscovering my own workout platform, seeing and experiencing movement and navigating these workouts with new eyes and feelings when moving on my mat. It's humbling and exciting all in one… Is it strange that I want to do the BBM pregnancy workouts? I looked back on some workouts recently remembering how good they were!! 

The quick workouts are ACTUALLY SAVING ME, making it attainable mentally, physically and emotionally to feel accomplished because I can do a challenging 10 min arm workout for example.

BBM has always been rooted in the idea that results don’t come from hours or working out but from consistency, and everything physical is just a bonus. Now as a new mom, this holds deeper meaning for me. The quick, effective, and easy set up allows me to get in movement because honestly, time for me feels so different and creating even a few minutes on my mat has become a reset for my soul (cheesy but true).

I AM TELLING YOU no matter how exhausted, lazy, busy,- whatever is happening in your life- YOU HAVE GOALS THAT MATTER- CONSISTENCY IS KEY. This is what I tell myself, so I show up outside or on my mat to follow along so my mind can focus on the feeling (and not creating the workout) and I FEEL SO GOOD. If I can do it with spit up, no bra on, milk leaking from my boobs (TMI?), baby crying in the other room while my husband takes charge, no sleep etc…. You sure as hell can do it- you’re not alone I am right there with you in our own chaotic-busy worlds. It's easier said than done, I  get it but it all adds up…Even a side stretch can reset your mood (I recently discovered this!).

Environments will change but you are the constant.

The vibe isn’t always how it used to be for me; soft music, candle, quiet etc…. But I can still show up  for a few minutes and get the same results if I keep at it. Join me in the new workouts being posted on BBM each week, I know you’ll love them!

Favorite go-to BBM workouts right now

Slowly starting to make my way back to for videos on BBM!!I've never stopped doing A.S.S Blasts or posture videos - OMG they have saved me during pregnancy.I have been walking a ton, and while Laken naps putting on a quick video to do - I legit only have about 10-20 minutes.
I want to shut my mind, follow along while feeling productive, calm and effective in my workouts. These are two and whatI have tried last week! 

Ps- Butters are life saving right now as my body is SO TIGHT from everyday life, postpartum body, lack of sleep etc…
