The name of the book got my attention. I was definitely in my head over thinking things when I started looking up books online on how to rewire the mind/thoughts, and then this came up! It's simple, short yet an effective read that I highly recommend for anyone who overthinks (like me! :))
Funny Story

I’m going to be honest… I don’t love it (I knowwwww) but it's slow and kinda boring at times, but I wanted to obviously share with you what I’m reading.. It's a good book to fall asleep with in hand and easy to read. I've seen this author’s books often so thought I'd give it a try. If you’re looking for a fluffy book, this is it.
My parents are coming to visit us next week and I’m so excited.
I’m wanting and needing some family time, coffee chats and museum hangs, dinners out while answering my mothers incredible talent of asking me 1000 questions in 60 seconds. I love that my parents enjoy having loose plans, and are just happy to be together no matter where we are or what we do is fun enough.
Call a friend or a family member who you just want to check up on to say hi. Those little calls go a long way :)

FRIDAY: HOW CAN YOU END YOUR WEEK IN THE MOST PRODUCTIVE WAY?
SATURDAY: ANY LESSONS LEARNED THIS WEEK? WHAT ARE YOU LETTING GO OF?
