LIFE UPDATES 

Two weeks away from the biggest workout of my life. 

I feel…grounded?

I feel comfortable in my third trimesters now 9 months pregnant, with way more sense of calm and comfort compared to my first two trimesters.

It feels surreal to be honest. This body, the conversations, the thoughts -this is life…you never know who you will meet and where you might end up. Whoever is reading this- stay open to everything because I only dreamed of living in New York and falling in love and here it is, but we are moving onto the next chapter…

I look at my body with awe. The stretch marks, the bigger boobs, the expansion, exhaustion, aches and pains, how it feels to move and exercise and stretch. This body, that I know so well has changed so much that it continuously has felt foreign and I just had to adapt, accept and know that this is the body I know and love at the foundation, its just experiencing many  stages of change… (and so much more to come).

I am proud of myself for the slow down I have given myself permission to feel physically. It is the best gift I could give myself, the powerful to just…be slow, say no, do less and give my body what it craves when it wants something. The ultimate mind-body connection with the utmost love and appreciation taught through what I preach in BBM; dialogue, breath, movement, visualization all comes together of my mat into daily life.

I learned I can plan all I want, but the truth is, I have no idea what is going to happen and how it will unfold. I know that I have no choice other than to breathe, chill out the best I can and work with my body. 

 BBM is NOT STOPPING!! I want to remind you have access to 600+ workouts at your utmost convenience with new curated weekly workout schedules to keep you moving, motivated, chiseled and on track with your goals each day and every week.

 The power is up to YOU to show up for you. 

The clear and understandable change (as BBM is just me), for the next ~6 weeks moving forward there will not be as many new videos added, as my body has gone through a lot, needs rest and recover. When I feel ready to move, trust me I’ll be filming! I deeply appreciate you understanding and being patient as I navigate this.  

I highly recommend to follow your weekly schedule or explore new workouts you’ve never tried- they are incredible just waiting for you to try out, that is what your membership is about! Unlimited workouts, whenever you want!!

Thank you thank you thank you for being on this journey with me. I seriously can’t wait to get back into my full BBM mode post baby. Ahhh I can’t wait!
