We are going on our honeymoon in just a few weeks!
With that being said, I’ll be taking a break from IRL teaching in NYC for the month of November. It definitely feels weird to take a little break from teaching and training clients but this is a good reason! I’ve been filming workouts to give you the best workouts while I travel and I'll also be following the BBM weekly workout schedule when I’m traveling too (lol). BBM IS THE BEST WHEN YOU’RE AWAY! I swear it's all I do to keep me on track.
We have a massive adventure ahead of us with Seychelles, South Africa and Dubai on our itinerary. Honestly, my soul is craving some adventure. I also plan on taking some time off my phone. I want to get lost in places and spaces I’ve never been to for three.. or five days straight without looking at any screen… wow I wondered what that will be like?
I have never traveled that far away… and I don’t love flying so I’m mentally getting ready for a 16 hour flight (lol)… so buckle up kids because here we gooooo!

Cozy season is here!!!
Ever since the summer I’ve been on a reading bender, but there is something so special to me about getting into bed early (no phones please!), lighting a candle covered in your favorite blanket, while reading a story to make my mind into another world. I think reading is like another form of meditation for me. Here are some books I really liked if you’re in the market for a new read!

My back is FEELING IT after packing for the move, and I am freaking determined to open up my chest and pull those shoulders back where they were before all this moving began! I am committing to the 7 days POSTURE/UPPER BODY posture program! If you’re travelling and need a posture/ arms reset this is for you!
Slowly starting to make my way back to for videos on BBM!!I've never stopped doing A.S.S Blasts or posture videos - OMG they have saved me during pregnancy.I have been walking a ton, and while Laken naps putting on a quick video to do - I legit only have about 10-20 minutes.
I want to shut my mind, follow along while feeling productive, calm and effective in my workouts. These are two and whatI have tried last week!
Ps- Butters are life saving right now as my body is SO TIGHT from everyday life, postpartum body, lack of sleep etc…
