This book was so light-hearted and enjoyable to read. At the end of a long day or while traveling it was the perfect story to escape my mind and imagination too. I loved it. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something with good vibes, easy and fun to read to end your day with or spend time with yourself doing.

There are four months left in 2023. I know, wild. 

I want and need to tie up any loose ends of 2023 in the next few months. That could be finishing tasks I have put off and did not prioritize but know I want to get done, or even conversations in relationships. Also tasks and things I want to try but I know fear has been in the way for me.. thoughts like “what if I don’t succeed”? I'm writing this because I know I'm not the only one who has these loose ends to tie up. Maybe it's committing to yourself in some sort of way you promised you would but didn’t follow through. START NOW. Do this with me. Let the “transition/  figure it out later” mind set go-  LET’S JUST DO IT.

Write a list of all your loose ends, cleanse your 2023. You got this.

I so look forward to Michelle’s “Hello Sweet Friends” at the start of every video, instantly puts a smile on my face. Whether I want to follow her curated schedule for the week or only have 10 mins to squeeze in an arm series before date night, BBM’s got me covered. I will always feel that shift within myself and the instant good mood that comes with doing one of her workouts! Don’t underestimate the burn as you will see results! I’ve tried it all but I’ve never felt stronger or more confident than I do now. Couldn’t recommend her platform enough.

Platform Updates

The Butter Set 

Launching the first week of October. 
Butter flows are meant to make you melt (the invitation to be vulnerable, fluid and open with yourself on your mat).
To me, melting means lighter in your body and energy. My physical body, thoughts  and relationship with myself CHANGED when I slowed the f*k down, 
My body thanked me, my energy was open, I noticed and felt things I hadn't before when I began to take the time to learn and understand who I am as a person, me with me. 
I can’t wait for you to dedicate time to this set. 
You’ll love it.
