Season one stars Anna Kendrick, and it's the perfect binge worthy show to cozy up to after a long day or chill weekend. There are two seasons each focusing on a different character navigating love, dating, heartbreak in New York City focusing on how each relationship leads to personal growth. If you’re looking for an easy watch I recommend it.

Hi Guys!! Should I life update you?!

I want to thank you for being patient as I navigate this new part of my life right now with ever changing feelings, emotions, both physically, mentally etc… 

It's been a month now since I announced my pregnancy online, it feels so good to share this with you. Thank you for your support. 

There will be new workouts posted on BBM, as I took a mini break from adding new content because I had a really challenging first trimester. After finding out I was pregnant I thought ,“OK, I’ll film as many workouts as I can until I begin to show”-  let me tell you, I was wrong. Not long after finding out I got horrible 24/7 nausea, exhaustion, migraines etc..there was no way I could go on filming content like I thought I would. It was out of my control and I had to listen to my body /what it was experiencing- this definitely brought on guilt as a solo entrepreneur but I just had to go with it, I hoped you guys would understand.

I also wanted to keep my pregnancy to myself until I truly felt comfortable and ready to announce, the bubble I created for myself was so safe, private and I loved it. So with that, thank you for being patient with content, there are 610+ workouts to do so if you are looking for something new PLEASE TRY A NEW WORKOUT ON BBM!

The new workouts within the coming weeks will start to debut my bump seeing as I filmed them first/second trimester. They are workouts ANYONE can do pregnant or not, so please do not let this sway you from trying them!! They are so good, plus I think it would be fun to keep moving together even with these changes. There will always be new weekly curated workout schedules each week, new content or not - please keep following it for the full BBM weekly program.

Now settled into our new apartment and in my third trimester I-AM-DEEP-SOUL-TIRED. 

Holy sh^%t! It's so real! So again and again, I am honouring the guidance of my body and energy, and that my baby and body are completely in control, but I have a new found appreciation for the BBM method. It has allowed me to stay consistent with movement right in the comfort of home (being low impact/posture/arms/legs I’ve just avoided the core workouts). How I have always encouraged us to speak to and touch our bodies/notice our thoughts/use our breath has helped me more than I can explain in this new journey of body and movement, helping me show up for myself on days when I didn’t want or feel like I couldn’t. No matter where you are in your movement journey, just please keep going and showing up for yourself as I always tell you, you’re doing so well.

I absolutely love going back in time and listening to playlists I made a few years ago. This one is from September 2023 enjoying moving to it!
