11 Min Upper body with Weight + Breath

Your mind will feel connected to your body and breath. I am using 3 lbs DB per arm but this workout can be done without weight, or even heavier (just make sure to keep proper form!) we finish off our video with deep breathing to set your energy right for the rest of your day.
These movements will leave your upper body feeling strong, worked and sculpted.
