12 Min Standing A.S.S BLAST

This is quick and fun, with no messing around. I love doing this video in the hotel room while traveling or when I have limited floor space. I'm using a *light resistance band, but bands are optional, just keep abs engaged, and do not over-extend your back. Remember- small/slow lifts = good form.
