This sequence focuses on stability with small and controlled movements targeting inner/ outer thighs, giving you a deep burn that chisels and strengthens the legs ! This workout will have your legs and core sculpting in all the right places. Use breath to stay mindful in your movements, your heart rate will increase and cardio will come without any jumping! Slow down breathing as the body keeps moving! Use breath control your body!
