33 Min Legs & Abs with AW

This is a lower body must do! We start on our mats lengthening the legs, burning out the glutes and side cheeks, leading into a standing leg series, finishing off with abs and booty. Equipment is optional! For anyone pregnant, do the video *until 17 min - great for legs and booty (from then onward moves are not suitable for pregnancy).
