Your legs be so worked after this workout! In this workout, i have 1 lbs weights per ankle, 3 lbs per hand. Please note: I'm 27 weeks in this video. This workout can be done first and second trimester, third as well BUT please take off ankle weights and eliminate DB if needed just use bodyweight. Please do not use heavier ankle weights if pregnant/pp. Please listen to your body this is spicy! you got this!
