Simple yet challenging, you'll love this workout! I have zoned in on posture a d upper body, this is one of my favourite sequences. Perfect for all trimesters/ pre + post. I'm 27 weeks in this workout I'm using 3 lbs per hand. Use heavier weight if you'd like while maintaining good form and minimal rest. Best paired with walk/run/jog A.S.S blast or core!
